Gabriel Chapman named Chief Marketing Officer – expected to better facilitate growth, improve technology and enhance services provided by Amerivest Realty.

Amerivest Realty is pleased to announce the executive appointment of Gabriel Chapman as the Chief Marketing Officer. The real estate brokerage recently created this executive position in order to better facilitate its growth initiative. Mr. Chapman will oversee all marketing and communication systems, product development and be a key part of delivering on the company’s technology systems.

Mr. Chapman brings extensive technical and marketing experience to Amerivest Realty as well as real estate technology experience. An MBA from the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida, he started his career as a software developer and grew into product development and marketing leadership roles. Real Estate Industry professionals recognize him as the name behind Form Simplicity, one of the top real estate forms applications in the country. Mr. Chapman previously worked with Joe Ballarino, Amerivest Realty CEO, at Real Estate IS, where they successfully led the creation and marketing of Form Simplicity, which became a member benefit to seven state associations serving nearly 200,000 Realtors in just two years.
